Meet Kris & Andreya
Meet Kris and Andreya Sparrow. They’ve owned a property management company since 2009 in the HMO and subsequently SA management marketplace. Under the umbrella of Ideal Property Group, they now run companies IdealHouseshare, idealCrashpads powered by Pass The Keys and Nests Development. Since becoming the local market leader within their niche and winning numerous awards their business portfolio continues to go from strength to strength. Originally from Cheadle, Kris has an in depth knowledge of South Manchester, while Andreya, originally from Rio De Janiero, has a flare for interior design and photography. Together they, and their team, really are perfectly placed to manage your property as Serviced Accommodation.
Meet Phil & Donna
We are Phil Gates & Donna McCormick Smith. We have been partners for twenty years and have spent the past eight years living in Manchester. We have two young boys aged five and three. For us, it’s about finding the right properties to manage to create a unique selection of great places to stay. By adding the finer details, we aim to make each and every stay unique, and that’s how we plan to stand out and maximise returns for our hosts. It’s a brilliant opportunity for us.
