This is usually more achievable with a professional manager looking after everything in the background. Properties that are managed as a business consistently outperform casual or part-time listings in both bookings and revenue capacity.
The starting price for Airbnb management services generally ranges from 12% to 15% of rental income, although some companies may charge up to 20%. However, most fee guides do not account for the platform booking fee and cleaning costs, which can significantly affect the net income after management fees are deducted.
