When you use our holiday let management services, you’re able to access all of your biweekly invoices in the Client Portal. In most cases, you will receive payouts directly from Airbnb, after which we will invoice you twice a month for our services. In cases where the booking is MultiPlatform, and we hold the funds, this will be paid out to you within 30 days of checkout.
Absolutely, it’s your home at the end of the day, and you can set your own availability windows and blocked periods directly in the Client Portal to reserve dates for yourself, family, or friends.
When we list your holiday let, your home will appear on our own website, as well as on all the major booking platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com, to maximise your reach and your revenue.
